NuVyb offers a gamified process, emphasizing self- awareness, preferred ways of being, self-trust, trustworthiness, trusting others and collaboration all essential elements to a satisfying personal and professional life and thriving communities.

These workshops are designed for small groups and/or organizations. Several options are available and can be customized to each teams needs.

Introduction Presentation (90 minutes)

Start the visioning process by exploring your personal identity, how you approach challenges, levels of self-trust and trusting others. This short introduction will give you an idea of how important you are to all trust relationships

Awareness Seminars (3 - three-hour sessions)

A clearer articulation of your shared vision. Designed to come to a common understanding and identify some possible roadblocks to realizing the vision

My NuVyb Full Game (6 - 12 months with individual and plenary sessions

A change and/or transformation experience for organizational culture, usually done with large organizations. However, smaller groups, teams, or divisions benefit as well

My NuVyb Curriculum

Large organizations may want to repeat NuVyb with different parts of their organization. We are willing to provide you with the full curriculum and license you to use it efficaciously

Pre-Marital Counseling

NuVyb recognizes that evolving relationships are fueled by excitement, newness and the desire to start a life together.

Many couples say having the tools to identify and address potential areas of concern before getting marriage would have prevented long-standing conflict and divorce.

NuVyb premarital counseling equips couples with those exact tools. We prepare couples for a satisfying marriage by exploring values, trust, responsible action, loyalty and organic reciprocity.

We help them develop the capacity to resolve conflict, create mutually satisfying agreements and develop language to talk about difficulties including finances, parenting, trust, and sexual intimacy
