Your life changes when you notice that a tender experience can shift and give way to something easier. This may be an experience you are having right now. It is wisdom to sense that healing and growth are possible. These virtues are not separate from you. For many of us, lasting relief best happens with the support of a receptive, caring, professional, who can hear and understand us, and offer skillful responses and methods that match our experience.
I practice person-centered therapy that draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness, motivational interview, internal family systems, gestalt, trauma-focused, solution-focused, and strengths-based approaches.
I have supported many clients experiencing various difficult life events including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, stress, difficult transitions, existential crisis, difficult thoughts, tenderness from chronic illness, and post-traumatic growth, and it would be my honor to support you.
Michael has provided direct mental health services to adults since 2021, and serves as the Program Manager of Catholic Charities Emergency Services Case Management & Behavioral Health.
